In this intensive 2 hour in-home consultation, we walk through each area of your home, taking photos and notes, and compile a detailed written Staging Report, notating everything needed to get the home ready to sell at the best price possible!
We will make recommendations on paint colors, lighting, accessories, etc. This service is perfect for the DIY client.

POWER STAGING / HALF DAY STAGING
Feeling overwhelmed with preparing your home to sell? This staging service is about rolling up our sleeves, following the Detailed Staging Report from our consultation, and working together to start staging the main areas of the home. You won't believe what a few hours make just using what you already own! We will bring in essential staging accessories to give you a "visual shopping list" of what to purchase for updating and setting the stage for buyers to fall in love!
ULTIMATE STAGING / FULL DAY STAGING
Do you have a larger home with more than a few hours of work to be done? No problem! This service simply extends our time together to include a day of staging, following our Detailed Staging Report and tackling the main areas of the home. You won't believe what a full day of staging can do!

VACANT HOME STAGING
Vacant homes are especially in need of staging because 9 out of 10 buyers can't envision how furniture will look in the space. This package is a full day of complete staging with furniture, accessories and wall decor to highlight the best features of the home. Prices vary according to size, luxury level and # of rooms to be staged.

Ideal for the DIYer who needs a 'Design Eye.' We will work with you to define your style based on a design questionnaire. We will then create a Design Board to help you visualize how your room will look. Shoppable links will be provided so you can have your beautiful new room design shipped right to your door.
